Ordering

Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

We show prices excluding VAT by default, because we mainly supply businesses. Use the switch at the top of the page to convert all prices to include VAT in a single click.

Can I request a quote?

Yes. Every product page has a Request a quote button. Enter your company name and contact details, and let us know the quantities and sizes involved. You'll receive a tailored quotation in return.

I can't find a product or size

Our range is larger than what's shown online. Request a quote or email what you're looking for to info@highvisibility.nl, and we'll look into it for you.

Shipping and delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Within the Netherlands you pay € 6,95 in shipping costs. From € 55 we ship free of charge. To Belgium and Germany we charge € 12,95 per order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Is your country not among them? Email us at info@highvisibility.nl, and we'll see what's possible.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to the tracking page.

Exchanges and returns

Within what period can I return an order?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

What conditions must a return meet?

The product must be unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging, and free of any printing.

Can printed or embroidered clothing be returned?

No. Once clothing carries a logo or a name, it has been made to order for you and we can't take it back. Not sure about the size? Then order a sample garment without printing first.

How do I register a return?

Send an email to info@highvisibility.nl with your name and order number. We'll get in touch with you and register your order with GLS. You'll receive a confirmation of this by email.

I've received a damaged or incorrect product

Report this within 7 days of receipt via info@highvisibility.nl. State your name and order number and include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we'll resolve it for you.

Printing and embroidery

Can I have clothing printed with my logo?

Yes, we print and embroider almost every type of workwear with your logo or name.

In which file format should I supply my logo?

We'd prefer to receive your logo as an EPS, AI or PDF vector file. In those formats the logo stays sharp, whatever size we print it at.

Products and safety standards

What do S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5 mean on safety footwear?

These are protection classes from the EN ISO 20345 standard. Each one builds on the previous:

• SB — the basis: a safety toecap that withstands 200 joules.
• S1 — SB plus a closed heel area, antistatic and shock-absorbing.
• S2 — S1 plus a water-repellent upper.
• S3 — S2 plus a penetration-resistant midsole and a cleated outsole.
• S4 — an antistatic, fully waterproof boot made of rubber or polymer.
• S5 — S4 plus a penetration-resistant midsole and a cleated outsole.

Footwear without a safety toecap falls under the O classes of EN ISO 20347. You'll find those with us under non-safety work shoes and non-safety work boots.

What is RWS clothing?

RWS stands for Rijkswaterstaat, the Dutch national road and waterway authority. This safety clothing is approved in line with the Rijkswaterstaat guidelines and is mandatory if you work on roads or on the railways.

Which brands do you stock?

These include Portwest, MASCOT, Hydrowear, ELKA Rainwear, Santino, Tricorp, SIKA, Sixton, Engel, Redbrick, Grisport, 247Jeans, BRYNJE, DASSY, Steel Blue, Puma, Projob and Albatros.

How quickly will I get an answer to my question?
