Description
The DASSY® Kiel multinorm work vest protects against five risks simultaneously: flames, welding sparks, electrostatic charge, electric arcs and liquid chemicals. This vest from the DASSY MULTINORM line is therefore intended for welders, maintenance mechanics and technicians in the petrochemical or energy sector who have to deal with multiple hazards.
The fabric combines 75% cotton with polyester and 1% Nega-Stat® against static charge and weighs approximately 290 g/m². All pockets have a flap or are angled to prevent sparks from falling into them, and all metal parts are concealed to prevent heat and electrical conduction. Pleats in the back and an extended back provide freedom of movement; cuffs with press studs and a Velcro waist determine the fit. Industrial cleaning is recommended.
