Puma FRONTSIDE IVY LOW S1PS ESD FO HRO SR Safety Shoes

The FRONTSIDE LOW in the brown/ivy colorway is part of Puma's URBAN EFFECT line. The shoe features the silhouette of a sneaker with the construction of a safety shoe for daily use.

The sole contains EFFECT.FOAM, which absorbs shock with every step and returns energy when pushing off; Puma cites an energy return of 70% above the standard. The penetration protection consists of an ultra-light FAP lite insert, which keeps the weight low.

S1PS stands for protective toe cap, closed heel area, antistatic construction, and a non-metallic penetration-resistant insert. The upper is not water-repellent, so an S3 version is more suitable for wet work. The outsole provides slip resistance on smooth floors and is resistant to contact heat, oil, and petrol.
