MASCOT® Accelerate shell jacket

This shell jacket from the Accelerate line is the outer layer for work in rain and wind. The material is breathable, windproof, and waterproof, and the seams are taped, preventing moisture from entering through the stitching. The jacket has been tested according to EN 343, achieving class 3 for waterproofness and class 3 for breathability.

The hood is lined, detachable, and adjustable with an elastic drawstring. The zipper is covered by a double storm flap that provides extra protection in harsh weather. There is tricot at the wrists hidden within the storm flap to block out the cold, and the width of the bottom hem can be tightened with an elastic drawstring. The sleeves are reinforced with CORDURA in high-wear areas. It features a chest pocket with a zipper, two front pockets with zippers, an inner pocket with a zipper, and a detachable ID card holder.

The jacket is made entirely of polyester. Wash at a maximum of 60 degrees on a colored cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron; dry cleaning is permitted. The reflective accents provide extra visibility in the dark, but the jacket does not comply with EN ISO 20471; if you work in an environment where high-visibility clothing is mandatory, you will need a hi-vis version.
