The shaft of the TIMBER MID is made of oiled, soft full-grain leather with abrasion-resistant textile inserts. The non-slip, self-cleaning sole profile of the TPU outsole has optimal fluid-draining properties (wiper effect). Standing water is drained to the sides of the shoe, preventing aquaplaning. The sole is also oil and petrol resistant and antistatic. The functional BreathActive lining, which extends to the toes, ensures dry feet and comfort, even on particularly long working days. The perfect protection of the wearer – always the focus of all ALBATROS® developments – is one of the most important aspects of this line.
